I have been practicing law in Bloomington, Indiana since 1975, most of that time as a sole practitioner.  I taught trial law at the Indiana University School of Law for 20 years.  My primary areas of practice now are business law, debtor and creditor, real estate, probate and estates, senior and health care law, and litigation and appellate work in both the state and federal courts.

We are located 4 miles from the Courthouse Square at 4975 NSR 37 Business, Bloomington, Indiana 47404.  My law office consists of me and my wife Chris who serves as an office manager, paralegal, secretary and general assistant.  Our office is located on a small golf course that we also own. We try to treat our clients like family by being attentive and getting to know them and the issues they bring to us for resolution.
