I began doing trial work in 1975. I taught trial practice at the Indiana University School of Law for 20 years. You hopefully will never have to go to court but if you do it is necessary in most cases to obtain legal assistance. If you have a case involving an insignificant amount of money it may be best to represent yourself in small claims court. You don't want to spend $500.00 to collect $500.00. If your case has larger stakes, however, you probably need legal assistance. I have represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide array of legal matters, most involving the other areas of practice on my web site. I have also tried cases in most other areas. If you have a question or need a free initial consultation please feel free to contact me.
